Online Sessions

Places are now available to book for all monthly online Professional Registration Sessions being held.

The sessions are 45 minutes long and will include:

• An overview from the Professional Development Director or Deputy Professional Development Director of IfSE
• Practical information from Lynn Davis, Professional Development Manager
• An insight into the process from the applicant's perspective from assessors, advisors and recent candidates
• Question and answer session

These sessions are open to all and there is no requirement to be an IfSE member to attend.

11th Feb 2026	Interview Preparation Clinic	PDD Recent Applicant PRAs/Assessors Secretariat	A session exploring the professional registration interview (PRI). Find out what is involved and the best way to prepare for this. An open forum session with input from a recent candidate and the IfSE assessment team.
11th Mar 2026	SEP Certification Clinic	Deputy PDD Recent Applicant CAR Secretariat	Attend this session to gain a better understanding of INCOSE SEP Certification. The session will be an open forum for discussion and will cover an overview of the requirements to apply for each level and details of the application process. Input from a recent candidate and a Certification Application Reviewer will be included along with a Q&A.
15th Apr 2026	Professional Registration Transfers Clinic	PDD Recent Applicant PRAs/Assessors Secretariat	In this session, we will be focussing on those applicants who are interested in transferring their professional title to IfSE along with those who wish to find out more about Additional Membership or Dual Registration. The session will be an open forum for discussion and following a short presentation, will include input from the IfSE assessment team.

10th Jun 2026	Professional Registration A & B Competencies Clinic	PDD Recent Applicant PRAs/Assessors Secretariat	In this session we will be focussing on the UKSPEC A & B competencies and how systems engineers should look to map their experience to these when applying for professional registration. The session will be an open forum which includes input from the IfSE assessment team.

12th Aug 2026	CPD Clinic	PDD Secretariat	In this session we will be offering guidance on how to approach CPD and what to include. This session is an open forum for discussion and includes information relating to CPD for both professional registration and SEP certification.
