How to Join the UKAB

The UKAB provides a forum for UK Systems Engineering organisations (within industry, government and academia) to influence Systems Engineering in the UK, and to collaboratively improve and exploit Systems Engineering best practice via the activities of IfSE.

Any UK Companies and institutions that practice and champion Systems Engineering in government and commercial business sectors, as well as Education and Training providers, will be considered for membership of the UKAB.

All organizations joining the UKAB sign a Memorandum of Understanding, an example of which you can download below.

Membership of UKAB for 1st June 2026 to 31 May 2027 is £3580 per annum +VAT. It includes one individual IfSE membership which should be allocated to the UKAB Member point of contact. If you wish to join prior to 1st June 2026, membership of UKAB for the period 1 June 2025 – 31 May 2026 currently costs £3460 per annum +VAT. Pro rata fees will apply for the first year of membership up to 31 May 2026.
